I've kept the 1 new household for each owned business in the neighborhood rule.

I've also kept the taxes system which goes into the town funds. It's currently a flat 10% of family funds, savings, house value, and the value of any businesses with a few possible deductions.

I have loans using cyjon's loan jar with this mesh replacement. The base loan amount also goes into the town funds after it's paid off.
